I can offer you Rapid Transformational Therapy, a therapy developed by Marisa Peer. RTT is a hybrid therapy that combines elements of hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Psychotherapy. It's designed to help uncover and address the root cause of issues by accessing the subconscious mind, leading to rapid and lasting transformation. Solution focused hypnotherapy can be offered too, which focuses on the present and the future on how you want things to be, which helps you think about life in a more positive way. Helping to build healthy patterns of behaviour.

We will work together to build on your strengths, develop practical solutions, and reinforce positive changes through hypnosis. SFH is perfect for clients who prefer a forward-looking approach, concentrating on solutions rather than problems. I also offer Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy specifically designed for children and teenagers (5-17). My gentle and supportive approach helps children and teens develop the resilience and mindset they need to thrive, both in their daily lives and in their personal achievements. I take you back to three scenes where you picked up the belief or behaviour, uncovering the root cause, there we can explore the deep-seated beliefs, memories, and experiences that contribute to your challenges. By uncovering and reframing these, we can create new, empowering beliefs.
