I can offer you Rapid Transformational Therapy, a therapy developed by Marisa Peer. RTT is a hybrid therapy that combines elements of hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Psychotherapy. It's designed to help uncover and address the root cause of issues by accessing the subconscious mind, leading to rapid and lasting transformation. In addition to Rapid Transformational Therapy, I offer clinical hypnotherapy, a well established therapeutic approach that works with the subconscious mind to support meaningful and lasting change. Clinical hypnotherapy allows us to gently access the underlying beliefs, emotional responses, and learned patterns that influence thoughts, behaviours, and emotional wellbeing. By guiding you into a calm, focused state of awareness, the mind becomes more receptive to therapeutic change, enabling you to reframe unhelpful patterns, reduce anxiety and stress, improve confidence, and support both emotional and physical wellbeing. By uncovering and reframing these, we can create new, empowering beliefs.
